Return & Refund Policy

At FemmeFlame, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our policy below before requesting a return or refund.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include all original accessories and contents.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

To start a return, email us at femmeflame.of@outlook.es. Once your request is approved, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to return your order. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 hours, orders are processed for shipment and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded due to a change of mind.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at femmeflame.of@outlook.es with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your case and work quickly to provide a suitable solution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

  • Products not returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases where applicable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item once your return has been processed.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must still be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
